I stayed here for a little over a year in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom furnished unit. For Seattle, the space is standard size. There are a lot of windows, which allow light to come in. Definitely was one of my favorite parts about the apartment. Appliances were also well maintained. Easy to put a maintenance request in if something wasn’t working. The apartment manager, Terrell, is super friendly and responsive. He kept residents informed about changes in and around the apartment. Neighbors are polite. They only have street parking, which you have to pay for through the SDOT website. $25 every 3 months if you are not a resident of Seattle, which is nothing compared to $100-300/month paying for an apt parking garage. I never had much trouble finding a parking spot and often found parking right next to the entrance of the building. Initially, I was worried about getting my car broken into, but thankfully never experienced that (and there were many nights I accidentally left items in my car). The area is a residential part of Seattle. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Felt safe enough to even walk my dogs up and down the street at midnight. Great access to bus stops. About 25-30 min bus ride from Pike Place. 20-25 minute walk to Cap Hill. 8 minute walk to Swedish Cherry Hill. 15 minute walk to Seattle University. There are also EBikes and E-Scooters around. 15-18 minute drive to Bellevue. 15 min drive to UW campus. 20-25 min drive to Tukwila. I would say it’s a pretty centrally located. Overall, would stay here again!

I've lived at the Sienna for six months and couldn't be happier. The location is so ideal- walking distance to Capitol Hill, quiet, plenty of street parking, safe, an amazing run or walk to the water in Leschi/Madrona, within 1.5 miles of at least five grocery stores, plus amazing local businesses like cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The building itself is gorgeous and a great size so it doesn't feel super crowded or industrial. I love the open air hallways. The windows in my unit are massive and let lots of natural light in. The other tenants also happen to be super friendly (and there are a lot of cute dogs). I couldn't imagine a better place to live, especially while working from home.
