This apartment comes with one parking spot. Details will be provided in the check-in instructions, and a parking pass must be printed out. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A $500 late check-out fee applies if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys incur an $80 replacement fee and $150 for key fob replacements.
