Thank you Emily for your great customer service. Ups delivered a package to the complex parcel lockers and they and assigned my package to another tenant. The incorrect package I received I dropped it off at the office. My misrouted package wasn’t. Emily took it a step further and had parcel pending open the lockers, and there it was, opened and put back in the locker. I guess it wasn’t worth stealing. Emily made sure to take care of me before they closed for the day. Thank you Emily I truly appreciate it.

Just moved in recently and let me tell you! This has been the best apartment experience for me so far. Had a small issue with the door handle and notified maintenance. The response time was incredible and the problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. The man who fixed it was friendly and very easy going which made me feel comfortable. He said if we had any other issues to please let him know and he would take care of it immediately. It’s nice to know that when issues arise they are resolved by someone who doesn’t treat you as if you’re asking for too much.
Sharnice and Courtney are amazing!! These ladies have been incredibly helpful the entire time I’ve lived here! They are always friendly and understanding, and have been so accommodating with any issue I have, The property is always clean and pretty! The keep up with it very well, the maintenance team is fast and efficient! The apartment itself is beautiful, and perfect for my son and I,
I truly have nothing but good things to say about this place, 10/10!!
REVIEW UPDATE: The maintenance crew at 909 West has some of the hardest working employees. Because of their hard work the apartment complex runs smoothly. I can speak for all the residents and say we appreciate all of the hard work.

The apartment complex here is pretty good compared to other places around here The front office staff has are friendly. They always acknowledge you and will let you know if you have to wait a bit to tend to other residents and/or future residents that were there before me. As we all know some are not friendly. Maybe that is there overall behavior. But the staff always keep their cool. they have the nicest swimming pool. I just got a brand new washer installed so I am a happy resident here at 909 West.

Recently went there for a tour, the apartments are really nice, the staff are really kind and helpful, and the pool?! (I love pools) Living here would be a dream, it’s located near everything you could possibly need. The woman who showed me around was really sweet :) Emily made me feel extremely comfortable and safe, she was also super patient with me! AND answered all of my questions. Although I couldn’t find an apartment for my time range, I will definitely be coming back when the time is right.

I'm currently a resident of the 909 west. I can't express how helpful Sharnice has been to me and my family. Yes, issues have occurred through my lease but the team has executed to my liking. Emily is another rock star of the 909 team and she deserves recognition! This is a beautiful property and has been great experience. I beliebe with the proper management experience this property can become a role model to the others around.

I moved in 2 months ago and I love it so far! The girls in the office have been so helpful with everything. Brooke is awesome she made sure I was able to get the unit that I wanted and Sharnice is always so nice whenever I have any questions.
These apartments are absolutely amazing. The amenities are wonderful, and Sharnice the property manager is so helpful and incredibly nice everytime i talk to her. Maintenace is always on time anytime i have a request. They usually fix it the same day or the very next day. Ive been living here for about 3 years and i absolutely love it. The neighborhood is excellent and its so close to all the stores and restaraunts and everything i need. I would definitely recommend these aparments to anyone looking for a place to live.
I’ve lived in this complex for two years and will be renewing for a third. While the property has had its fair share of issues here and there, the management team does their best to address concerns and find solutions. One standout example was when they allowed me to test an experimental bird deflector over the cars, and we found that it worked… showing their willingness to collaborate and try new approaches.
A huge positive has been Brooke, the leasing agent, who joined the team in July. She has been a fantastic addition, always following up on any requests I’ve had and ensuring they are completed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about residents and goes the extra mile to provide great service.
Overall, while no complex is perfect, I appreciate the effort the management puts into maintaining the property and responding to resident concerns.

I moved in last month, and so far, I have no major complaints. The unit was clean and in good condition when I received it. The place feels safe, which is important for someone like me who frequently travels for work. I feel confident leaving my unit without worrying about security.
I had minor issues, but they’ve been resolved quickly whenever i raised them with the office staff who are always helpful and responsive. I read some past reviews and I was surprised by the comments but I hope I wont encounter similar issues.
Overall, I like 909 West Apartments and highly recommend it.

Amazing apartments and even more amazing staff! I have lived here for a full year now, just signed my lease renewal and I could not be happier! Anyone who says differently has no clue how hard the people here work to make this place run. The complex is super well maintained and very clean, the front office staff is such a pleasure to interact with and they have been an incredible help with all my concerns or requests. Michaela, Sharnice and Brooke are some of the best management staff I have ever interacted with and the maintenance crew is always polite and timely!

Michaela has been incredibly helpful throughout our time here, always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. I’ve come across some negative reviews about 909West Apartments and honestly, I don’t understand where they’re coming from. Our experience has been nothing but positive. We’ve never had a negative interaction or any issues that weren’t addressed immediately and professionally. The team here has consistently been kind, attentive, and responsive, which makes our living experience that much better. It’s hard to reconcile the negative comments with the reality of our experience, as we’ve had nothing but great service and support throughout our years here.
It’s rare to find a place that truly feels like home, but 909West Apartments has managed to do just that. The combination of a fantastic location, an amazing team, and well-maintained facilities makes it a place we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a great living experience. I’ve lived at 909 West Luxury Apartments for over six years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is welcoming, the amenities are convenient, and the location is fantastic. The team at 909 West, including Sharnice, Brooke, Michaela, Simon, Isaac, and Ulises, work hard to create a positive living experience, and I truly appreciate their dedication and efforts.
That said, after being part of this community for so long, I’ve also seen areas that could use improvement, and I hope these can be addressed in the 2025 property spending budget. Whether it’s upgrades to common areas, additional parking solutions, or modernizing some of the facilities, there’s great potential to make 909 West even better.
Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend 909 West to anyone looking for a friendly and convenient place to live. I’m excited to see how the property evolves in the coming years!
