Wind down after a long, adventurous day and stream your favorite movie or show with a 55” Roku smart TV equipped with an upgraded sound system. Enjoy the open dining area and spacious kitchen with bar seating and endless counter space to cook plenty of delicious meals for your family or group. The kitchen includes a gas stove, updated appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a full set of pans, and cooking utensils. This house is equipped with a smart lock for 24/7 self check-in and blazing fast Wi-Fi. Plenty of quality pool and bath towels are provided for your number of guests. Your dogs/pets are also welcome for a pet fee of $100. Centrally located in the valley, this apartment is 5 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 8 minutes from Papago Park/Phoenix Zoo, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes from Camelback Mountain, 10 minutes from Tempe’s Mill Ave/ASU, 11 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 15 minutes from Squaw Peak, and less than 20 minutes to Topgolf/Aquarium. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur a $1,000 fine. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and violations will incur a $500 fine. Tampering with noise monitors or cameras is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow our quiet hours. No additional guests are allowed at the home who were not on the reservation. Guests are liable for any damage to the property.
