I rarely need to drive my car, but if chose local transportation Uber and Lyft are affordable, not to mention bike and scooter rentals are always available. Maintenance is prompt and professional, and management communicates with grace and care. As a single woman, I love the private garage parking, secure access, and overall safety of the complex. However, I’m disappointed when pet owners don’t always clean up after their pets and when my guests are questioned by other residents pertaining to their presence on the premise, which has made them feel unwelcome at times. Overall, I truly love my apartment, the area, and the sense of peace I have in the Old Fourth Ward and Ponce City community.

It was hands down the best experience I've ever had at an apartment to date. The maintenance team, Ronald especially is always on top of it. They're very quick to respond and always aim to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible. It's very dog friendly and yet still clean and well maintained. We lived in two different apartments during our 2 years at 841, both on the ground floor. We loved the interiors, the design is modern and all the appliances worked very well. As for the community, everyone we met was friendly and before COVID, the management team would put on community events like wine happy hours on the rooftop. It is a smaller community which we loved because we didn't feel like just another number/lease. The management team remembered our names whenever we called and would go out of there way to say hi and see how we were doing. They even had dog treats in the front office, which our pup quickly became addicted to! We always felt right at home! The area is ridiculously amazing if you're looking for walkability. You're right next door to Atlanta Daries which has a great brewery, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a music venue (opening soon). You're also just one block from the belt line and a 5 minute (or less) walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the grocery store, an ice cream shop, dry cleaners, multiple fitness studios, a movie theater and even an amazing chiropractor! I will also say, the apartments at 841 are definitely competitively priced for the area and for what you get! Lastly, the amenities are great. You can rent two bikes from the front office during office hours to take on the belt line. The clubhouse is a great alternative to get work done and we occasionally enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the giant connect four board. My only regret is that I didn't use the gym as much as I thought I would - story of my life! The free coffee is delicious and the rooftop views at sunset are not to be missed. I genuinely cannot say enough about how great BH Management and 841 Memorial is! We were truly sad when we left to move in to a house which I feel is truly saying something.
