Welcome to this thoughtfully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment located in the heart of Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall neighborhood. Blending modern style with classic charm, like exposed brick walls, this home offers a cozy and inviting retreat after a day exploring the city. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a skylight that fills the room with soft natural light. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a decorative fireplace, adding a touch of historic character. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with seating for four at the dining table and additional spots at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making meal prep simple and convenient. Designed with comfort in mind, the apartment includes central air, in-unit laundry, and a two-level layout that gives you plenty of space. A dedicated workspace also offers a quiet spot to focus when needed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15 and parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. Set in a vibrant, historic area, you’ll be just steps from top attractions like the Freedom Trail, North End, and Harborwalk. Spend the day at the New England Aquarium, browsing Quincy Market, or enjoying waterfront views at Christopher Columbus Park. With nearby access to public transit, the best of Boston is always within easy reach. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Our dedicated team provides personalized, responsive guest services. We value your privacy through self check-in and check-out and an extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide delivered electronically and in each unit. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lockout fee. Be respectful of next-door neighbors and neighborhood. This is not the place to be loud or have parties. Includes a dedicated workspace for a quiet spot to focus when needed.
