Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Renowned for its eclectic community, thriving arts and culture scene, and enticing culinary offerings, this home away from home provides an ideal base for exploring the richness of East Austin. Within walking distance from this house, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries. Great location just 1 mile from the University of Texas. If you're looking to venture a little further, East Austin is also home to many popular attractions, including Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, The Blanton Museum of Art, and The Paramount Theatre. East Austin is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through the area. You can also easily get around by bike or car. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises. Minimum smoking fee is $250, and the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. The property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Covers must be placed back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. There are animals raised by locals near the property. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. HVAC rules include not setting the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, so keep all windows and doors closed. Use the bug spray underneath the sink if needed. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
