Just moved in. Found the experience to be a VIP treatment so far. Karl has been phenomenal every step of the way in making sure we have all our questions answered and our needs met. Quality of the building and apartments is very high so far. Amenities seem well maintained and the maintenance crew has been responsive in fixing minor issues we found upon moving in. And did I mention the incredible location and sweeping views from the higher floors?

Karl Mendoza in the leasing office (and his colleagues Todd and Vivian) were all SO incredibly helpful with my move-in process. He helped answer my many, many questions to get acclimated (package q's, kept my packages safe prior to my move, helped me select the ideal parking spot, made sure I had all the info I needed, saved me from getting locked out). Could not speak more highly of Karl and this team! Utmost professionals, super responsive, and all around nice people! Thank you Karl - YOU THE BEST!!!
