The back area is designed for outdoor entertainment and enjoyment. We will have an Open House on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 12-1 PM Additional Information: Holding deposit is $7,870 Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $50 per month – 2 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturdays 10am – 4pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease.
