The new manager has changed these apts from night to day. We had a problem before with roaches and mice. In a few months with the new manager all roaches and mice are completely gone. We went from 10 apts empty to all but 1 being empty. The new tenants here are respectful and responsible. Now we feel apart of a family...are own little community.
