Our studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes feature spacious closets, built-in furniture, and fully equipped kitchens. Rent covers gas, water, refuse, sewage, and electricity. Enjoy on-site management, laundry, a pool, and free parking. Consider our apartment buildings for your next home. Call to schedule a tour with Robin, our on-site manager! Prospective residents must meet an income requirement equivalent to three times the monthly rent, supported by verifiable income documentation. A minimum credit score of 600 is mandated. Applicants with felony convictions or prior evictions within the preceding seven years will not be considered. A non-refundable application fee of $35 is applicable. Initial move-in costs comprise the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Safe and peaceful environment!! Maintenence gets things done quickly and the laundry mat is quite cheap.

We loved living here the 2 years we did. We moved in, in 2020 and we are not signing another lease but only because we want to start having kids. Deville Apartments are such a quiet drama free peaceful living space. And the manager is a very funny but stern woman and she does her job well.
