As far as any maintenance issues, if there are any that may come up, they have a maintenance man that is so nice and helpful (A.J.), he always smiles and makes you feel like there is nothing that's too much trouble. He lives on the premises, that says a lot. The only thing I would change is allowing people to decorate their balcony areas so it feels more like home. I realize restrictions are necessary for some but the good outweighs the bad so far 100%,
