I just stayed here for two weeks and I can say that I enjoyed it. I didn't see any mice in my unit, but I did see two outside dead. I didn't see the roach infestations that many speak of, but I did notice a lot of water Beatles around. The residents were friendly and the maintenance man needs a raise in my opinion because he goes above and beyond on his duties. The manager here is sweet and follows the rules to the max.. is why she is hated on. She is very good at her job and organized. The only problem I encountered was the homeless population making a mess of the property in which I made them clean up and there is not enough parking spots. Otherwise, this is a nice and peaceful property.
