Ever since Katheryn came onboard as the property manger things have been stable, and I like stability! I love the fact that she goes out of her way to make this place actually feel like a home. Many property mangers have come and were not interested in getting to know the tenets, but not Katheryn. She will sit down and have a conversation with you, allowing you to feel heard which is VERY important when you desire to call a place your home. Anytime I've needed anything she was (is) always there with a solution. I often ask the question "what would we do without Katheryn?!". She is good at her job, and I wouldn't want any other property manager.
