These apartments are being remodeled and are the nicest apartments I've seen or would consider living in in years! I've been so impressed with the improvements that have been made - wow! As far as any maintenance issues, if there are any that may come up, they have a maintenance man that is so nice and helpful (A.J.), he always smiles and makes you feel like there is nothing that's too much trouble. He lives on the premises, that says a lot. The only thing I would change is allowing people to decorate their balcony areas so it feels more like home. I realize restrictions are necessary for some but the good outweighs the bad so far 100%,

I came to tour the place and loved the floor plan . However I was very hesitant to move in due to some of the reviews I read. Despite the reviews I moved in. I will say that I have enjoyed my 4 months here. Things are clean, homey, and Charity the manager is so kind and helpful. If you come to her with an issue she will do her best to help get it resolved. I am happy with my home !
