i am not a contractor or an employee of the complex...I am a resident who lost my apartment during the January cold snap when my upstairs neighbor did not leave water running. At 5:24 a.m., pipes burst and my ceiling caved in while trying to save items. I realize everyone's experience is different and my heart goes out to the ones who lost it all in the fire across the street from my old apartment. My story is different since the management quickly got us into a "model" unit while we salvaged our things. Once that was completed, we moved into a new unit here on March 20. During the whole process the current management team have been professional and compassionate with our situation. Gold stars for Mae, Fi, Danahe, and the understaffed maintenance team of Chris, Alex, and Jesus deserve a pat on the back, too. Yes, there are problems with all apartments, especially the older ones like this one built in the late 1970s, but the current team has acted on every request my wife and I have had. I can't thank them enough for helping us when we suddenly became homeless.

New manager as of about 1-2 months ago. She is amazing. Added our own bikes here by the office in case our cars breakdown. Has refreshed the office and more prompt turn around for maintenance. Her name is Brianna. Ask for her at the office. She manages the property. Hope these apartments give you a cozy new home. Very safe, you can even leave your laundry basket by your machine and no one will touch it. No crime. Quite at night. I can’t think of anything bad really.
The lady in charge in the office was super nice and helpful taking care of my needs. Ive had sewer issues and last night the plumbers came out and got my bathtub to drain normally. They recently updated the outdoor lighting. We are getting improvements to the laundry room soon. Thank you for fixing my sewer last night. You should be fine moving here as she will see to it that your maintenance needs are taken care of.
The staff that work here are very kind, considerate, and do their best to try and help in any way they can. They were able to solve a few issues that I had with my apartment in a timely manner. Shoutout specifically to Mae for being amazing, but Fi, Danahe, and the whole maintenance team Chris, Alex, and Jesus deserve praise as well. Thank you to the staff at Crossings at Silver Oak, you made my transition moving to Oklahoma a smooth one.
I’ve lived at Silver Oaks for about 5 months now . Although we have had some issues during winter season with the water issue , overall the staff has been very supportive and helpful. I’d like to mention Fi, Danahe, Ma’e and maintenance: Chris, Alex, & Jesus . For all that they do.

My first contact here was with a lady, Fiorella. She is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, honest, and friendly. She made a very good first impression. Danake and Ma'e are good as well. This is a nice place. The apartments are maintained and clean. Maintenance has been good. Chris, Alex, and Jesus do a good job. For a large complex it is quiet. The office personnel are great.

I had to Maintenance men by the names Chris and Alex come by and fix my air-conditioning. Out of the 4 maintenance men before them that tried to come and fix it they were by far one of the best. They were in and out in 10 min and you could also tell they knew exactly what they were doing so thank you to them

When I did a tour here back in March phenomenal experience the tour of the apartment was excellent. I didn’t have any funny smells or didn’t look dirty. It look very clean. The property looks very clean. I had amazing experience here.
