We've been living here for over 2yrs in malibu north, since then we have been through a couple of managers. Each one had their own issues which is why they are not managers here anymore. The new manager has changed these apts from night to day. We had a problem before with roaches and mice. In a few months with the new manager all roaches and mice are completely gone. We went from 10 apts empty to all but 1 being empty. The new tenants here are respectful and responsible. Now we feel apart of a family...are own little community.
