I have lived at Bellevue for over a year now and LOVE IT! The staff is like my family, they treat all residents like family! I feel safe here! It’s beautiful and peaceful! Yes, there are issues as far as water and maintenance goes but they work hard to get them resolved in a timely manner! There are going to be issues everywhere you go! Even buying your own home incurs issues! I promise, if you are looking for a place to live for time being...let it be Bellevue! I couldn’t be happier!

I have lived in this complex 10+ years. The new management is definitely on it's game! We have had AC problems in the past and usually it takes many days to get someone to do anything. THIS management team and THIS maintenance team showed up within 30 minutes of getting my request. Courteous and efficient.! Problem being solved as we speak. We are so very grateful, thank you so much Sheridan Springs!
