I am have been very pleased with the 24 hour response to my maintenance requests every time......except I have not to date been responded to about my request for new carpet. I am aware a person had an animal before I moved in and if it had been 5 years I could possibly be eligible for new carpet. Mine is quite stained and worn. Please get back to me with a response. Thank you!

I love my apartment and all of the staff! All maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion with extra finishing touches. When I first moved her two years ago, I complained that the shower head had low pressure. Instead of lazily cleaning it, the maintenance team gave me a brand new, amazingly pressured shower head! The same goes for my front door. You won't regret moving in here - they even have treats on deck for pets!
