I loved my experience here. The girls in the office were always so helpful whenever I called and quick to answer my phone calls. I never had any problems in my apartment that weren't fixed in a timely manner. Great location! I felt very safe living there, and have really enjoyed my time living here. There were a few problems that I experienced with bugs, but nothing that couldn't be handled and was handled by the awesome staff. A lot of people post about how the girls don't do their job or don't know what they are talking about, but it simply isn't true. I have never had a question unanswered. I've never been charged random fees for stuff and they have kept up with all of my paperwork. The biggest issue I had was the whole in the middle of my parking lot that the girls tried to get fixed in a timely manner, but due to the company they hired to fix it, it wasn't fixed for several months. This place truly was a miracle to find. Reasonable price for what you are getting and the updates made really make it feel more home-like.

I have loved living at Country Hollow. I have lived here for a few months now and have felt completely safe and comfortable. The office staff is lovely, and Mrs. Summer was beyond helpful in my moving experience! I recently put in a work order for my stove drawer, and it was addressed and fixed within a few hours! I absolutely recommend these apartments.
