I first want to say that I never got to see my apartment upfront. I moved to Tulsa directly from Kentucky and did EVERYTHING online. The first time I called the property no one answered. I continued with my day and received a call not 5 minutes later from Mrs Katherine (Leasing Agent). Think Of a Sunflower Child and you have Mrs Katherine. She told me everything I needed to know about the community she was very professional and attentive to my needs. I let her know that I had severe anxiety and that I really needed someone who would make me feel comfortable with this transition. Katherine did just that. 2 days later I was approved for my apartment. Katherine ASSURED me of everything. She even sent photos of the apartment that I was going to be leasing from the outside! There was only one small issue On my move-in date I was 7 hours out (driving) and Katherine called me to let me know that the housekeeping was not able to get my unit completed by the date. HOWEVER Katherine had another unit fully completed. That was even better apartment than the first one! Even though I was in a panic I still trusted Katherine. I've been here 4 days. And I could not be happier. The maintenance came FIRST thing Monday morning to fix a few minor things in my apartment. I had issues with getting Internet service and Katherine again helped! Before choosing Harmony Glen I've probably looked at probably every apartment in Tulsa since May and never once did I see these until November 13th! I am truly happy that I found Harmony Glen and Katherine ❤️

I've lived here for the greater part of 5 years now. I've watched so many things change, and lots of people come and go. I've seen this place at it's highs, and I've seen this place at it's lows as every apartment complex goes through. Ever since Katheryn came onboard as the property manger things have been stable, and I like stability! I love the fact that she goes out of her way to make this place actually feel like a home. Many property mangers have come and were not interested in getting to know the tenets, but not Katheryn. She will sit down and have a conversation with you, allowing you to feel heard which is VERY important when you desire to call a place your home. Anytime I've needed anything she was (is) always there with a solution. I often ask the question "what would we do without Katheryn?!". She is good at her job, and I wouldn't want any other property manager.
