I lived at Cascata for 5 years, id still be there if I didn't move. The office staff is so great, Nadine is always willing to help. The maintenance is top notch and always available. Thank you Cascata.

Enjoy living here, can’t wait until summer to enjoy the pool. A few concerns on maintenance. They are quick to come inspect and repair however I keep having the same issue and several items are not available and still waiting. For example, kitchen light is flickering, they have came twice to fix(not sure what they have done(no notes) just left a repair sheet) but it’s still flickering occasionally. Waiting on kitchen sprayer, cabinet door that has been broken since I moved in in October and kick plate on Bathroom. Overall major concerns addressed promptly and staff is excellent to work with. Update: everything has been fixed that i mentioned in original post. In addition I started having issue with my dishwasher and kitchen sink faucet. Both needed replaced and Cascata was happy to replace, everything was installed and works much better! Thank you!
