This has been the quickest and most stress-free move-in experience I've ever had. Antonio, the property manager, is very professional and he was very diligent in overseeing this process and completing tasks in a timely manner. He is amazing and will take care of you! East End Village Apartments is the best place to live downtown, and I couldn't be happier with where I am! The location is ideal for a night-life since it's close to all the great places like the Guthrie Green, and Blue Dome District, but it's private and quiet enough to enjoy a night on the rooftop with close friends. I definitely recommend living here. You will not regret it!

These are my favorite apartments downtown. Between the convenient location, roof top area, dog area, and management, I wouldn't live anywhere else. They have a cool loft downtown style to them. There definitely were some issues when I moved in with it being a brand new apartment but the office went above and beyond to sort things out with little inconvenience. They also have yoga on the roof top that's a nice addition, depending on the weather of course. I have had some friends that lived in neighboring apartment complexes and while they are nice places, they are either super expensive or the style/quality isn't quite there. They aren't as cheap as living a bit outside of downtown but being able to walk everywhere instead of ubering evens the cost out. Great place to live!
