Beautiful Art Deco style building. I'm so glad it's on the registry for land marks. My great Uncle Ike Mincks built this as a hotel in1928-1929. In1930 Adams bought the hotel. I did get to meet Uncle Ike when he moved to Missouri. He was 90 yrs old and I was only 6. It's a memory I'll never forget. I hope all that live in it, enjoy this classically built building. It's so much apart of the history of Tulsa. My Father's Dad, Ike's brother was Bryna, my father L.E. Mincks born in 1929. I'm just happy to be a part of the history of my home of Tulsa. Great place to live. New, modern apartments. Beautiful building, nice location. Management is committed to making this a world-class facility. They keep it spotless and clean, and they are very responsive to tenant requests.
