The past 10 years I have lived in 4 apartments. This one is probably the quietest of them all. I moved in 3/1/20. The management was great. Jeremy during the move in process was johnny on the spot with any questions concerns I had. The maintenance team is amazing always in contact with me.. I moved into a newer building that the apartment was barely lived in. Turned out the AC unit was DOA. They came in checked it out ordered the repair parts dropped off and Industrial AC unit till the part arrived and installed it 100% amazing contact with their Maintenance man during the whole adventure let me tell you 1 apartment i lived in it was OCT brand new build the Heater didn't work exact words from maintenance.. Put some extra blankets on. Took 1 month to fix that just say i moved out when my lease was up.. Another positive thing they send out group texts on issues or if a food truck going to be in the area.. think that is awesome I have been able to try different foods this summer because of that. The pool is almost always clean even though these kids like to leave their beer cans etc laying around. Seems like the next day they are gone my daughter loves the pool. ALL in all you can listen to the Millennial's complain but for the price and the set up anyone who been through different types of apartments know this is a gem in the rough.
