Some of the historic features of this building still remain, including the high ceilings, stairwells and stone. The building was converted to apartments in 1996 but was vacated for an office renovation in 2002 until the most recent renovations back to apartments in 2016. In 2016, all apartments were equipped with new appliances, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, light fixtures, carpet, white trim and fresh paint. Many of the apartments feature large windows and brick accent walls. The building has controlled access for security. There is an elevator on site. Coin operated laundry in the basement. Residents pay electricity only. Security deposit of one month's rent due at lease signing. Pets are allowed with an additional $300 refundable deposit, $50 pet rent per month and a one-time non-refundable $45 fee for dogs.
