I love Erica she has helped me out so much and taught me a lot she gave me the resources I needed when I needed help she has high motivation to make this place a better living EnvironmentI always see her picking up other people's trash remodeled everything that needed to be shes has always been very good with the tenants very interactive when usually from places my friends have rented from they don't even really know there landlord they don't see them talk to them just a very good place to live she will definitely make things and doesn't tolerate any thing bad
