I love living at the Blu! Management is very helpful & accommodating! Willing to help out with any problems or issues in a timely manner! The amenities are amazing. Sitting upstairs on a patio next to the fire is one of my favorite things to do on a nice summer night!

Management is always courteous and accommodating. They keep common areas clean for residents. Fitness room has new equipment and is kept extremely tidy. The “quiet rooms” were a selling point for us when we moved in because I work out of my phone and laptop. They have a great patio that is always kept clean, equipped with grill, hot tub and seating area with fire pit. With unbeatable amenities and great view of Lake, choosing The Blu was a no brainer.

McKenzy was amazing we started off at the Blu apartments! She did a great job of showing us all the amenities it had to offer. After that tour she was amazing and offered to let us go see Jefferson Reserve apartments! This helped us so much with deciding what steps to take next! We really appreciate all she did for us especially since we live farther away! McKenzy is really good at what she does! We are so glad we had her to help us figure out our questions and in general show us amazing apartments! Thank you so much McKenzy!

My husband and I have been at The Blu part-time since September, 2023. We call it our vacation home since it literally feels like we are on vacation when we are here looking out at the lake. Chance has been an awesome manager. He even hosted a Christmas gathering for the residents. The in-house bakery is an added bonus. I need to make more use out of the fitness room and hot tub. look at the sunset pics!

Love everything about living here. Management and maintenance have been amazing, probably the best property management I’ve had in ten years of renting.
We were scared to go into an apartment but honestly it feels like a hotel. I haven’t heard my neighbors at all through the walls. Every tenant I’ve ran into has been nice. Overall 10/10 decision moving here.
