We are a french family, with 2 kids. My husband had been temporarily relocated from Paris to Seattle for a few months. Thus, we needed to find a nice place for our family. After visiting different places in Lake City neighborhood, our choice went to Park 3025 and we didn't regret it. The place is well located (close enough of a big avenue with public transportation, without the inconvenience of the street noise), cosy, well maintained and with a friendly staff. When we checked in our apartment, it was clean, with eveything in perfect working condition. The common areas were also cosy and clean (cleaning is done very regularly and thoroughly), such as the living room with sofas, TV, armchairs and a great fireplace. I cannot complete this review without writing a few words about the building staff, who was amazing. Kathleen was a kind, efficient and dedicated person, always being patient answering my questions. I had the same experience with the person from the maintenance, who was skilled and friendly. We also met great neighbors and we were sad to leave this great piece of our Seattle's life, 3 months ago. If we have the opportunity to go back in Seattle, we will definitely consider being back to Park 3025.

If reading this far, you may be wondering "If it was so great, then why'd she move?" My honest answer is that my partner had always wanted to live further away from the city, but my job always kept me close. With the lockdown and transition to working remote, we no longer had that restriction and ultimately decided to move. We constantly joke that we wish we could take the apartment and staff with us though, so definitely consider Devin and 3030 when looking for your next home.
