Overall -- I believe that the KGroup and the Villager apartments is a great place to live. Everything in their control they do. Management is diligent. Management advocates for the residents. Electronic portal that transparently allows me to pay and see my bills. The environment is nice. I think that the location will continue to get better. For today, it is so closely connected to a couple parks that host overnight residents outside. That being said, I feel very safe throwing trash out after dark. Security cameras ensure that everything is solid, as well as getting amazon packages is a breeze. I am thankful to be a resident.

I have lived here for a month and like it so far. There are people living on site to handle facilities concerns and management is very responsive. My unit and others I have seen are recently renovated with nice finishes and the building is always kept clean. There is a homeless presence in the neighborhood and occasional noise in the evening, but there have been no problems and I feel safe here. Plentiful restaurants, stores and busses passing through make it a very convenient place to live.
