Unlike many co-living homes created by converting older houses, this property was purpose-built to provide a functional layout, contemporary finishes, and comfortable shared spaces. The main floor features a spacious, fully equipped communal kitchen with an oversized gas range and oven, a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, generous cabinet space, and ample countertops for meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a welcoming shared living area that provides plenty of room to relax or gather. A convenient guest half bath is located on the main level, along with a full-size washer and dryer available for resident use at no additional cost—no coins, cards, or mobile apps required. Each of the three upper floors includes two private bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Durable luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level offers a clean, modern appearance while providing scratch-resistant and water-resistant durability that is easy to maintain. Located in one of Seattle's most walkable neighborhoods with a Walk Score of 95, the property offers convenient access to the University of Washington, the U District Light Rail Station, Metro bus routes, University Village, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, retail services, and nearby parks. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood, with residential parking permits available through the City of Seattle where applicable. The advertised rent is based on four occupants. A graduated rent structure may apply for additional occupants, which may reduce the cost per person. All occupancy is subject to applicable Seattle occupancy standards. A monthly utility fee of $150 per occupant includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and professional cleaning of the common areas once each month.
