A debt-to-income ratio of 50% or less is required. Income Verification: • Salaried/W2 employees: Most recent pay stubs and W-2 forms • Self-employed applicants: Most recent tax returns Credit Standards: • A credit score of 650 or higher is preferred • Applicants below 650 may be approved only if all of the following are met: • No late payments on any tradeline within the past 12 months • No collections or charge-offs within the past 12 months • No current delinquencies • Medical-related collections and traffic-related fines are not considered disqualifying Rental History Verification: Rental history must be supported by a minimum of 12 months of bank statements showing consistent, on-time rent payments. Positive rental history is required. Applicants with prior evictions or unresolved landlord-tenant issues will not be accepted.
