We have lived @park3025 just for one year and we had amazing experience. The best apartment we ever lived. Kathleen, who is the property manager was awesome always committed to support us during difficult time. We strongly recommend this beautiful apartment in great location, close to public transport, freeway, great stores(Safeway, Fredmayer, QFC...), close to Library with excellent amenities.

I live in Park 3025 Apartments for very close to 2 years. Kathleen (community manager) was helpful and communicative. The neighbors were friendly. The community room is great! I love that there aren't too many rules around the community area, not like with other apartment buildings. I hosted a happy hour with my family down there and it was no problem. Maintenance always happened within a day and was done respectfully. Advance written notice was always given before entering the apartment for routine checks with the fire alarms, for example. Upon move out, I talked with Kathleen and she explained what charges to expect upon move-out, and it was very clear. The rent was raised each year, as to be expected with the Seattle housing market. They're also pretty buy-the-book when it comes to (not) having things on the balcony, (not) decorating your front door, and credit and background checks. So it does feel a bit "corporate" (the property is owned by ConAm), but like I said the community manager is great and the neighbors are friendly. We moved out and broke our lease to get a larger place and because a person we wanted to add to the lease didn't pass their credit requirements.
