I've lived here for about a year and a half and have seen three property companies own the building in that time. This current management team (Atlas) is MILES better than the two prior, hands down. That said, i’ve still lost $400 to theft by other residents under this management’s supervision. They have already made massive difference in the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the building; it seems like every week there's a new improvement to the property. It really is a building with a lot of potential, I have high hopes for the future! That said, their priority should be the quality of service to their audience, not necessarily the external opinion of the shoe
