I adore my apartment and knew I made the right choice as soon as I met the Community Manager Brandy. She made me feel instantly at home after a 2200 miles cross country relocation. The application and move-in were simple and seamless. The location is perfect and pricing reasonable. I have zero hesitation recommending anyone interested. As with any community, there will be issues. There is still ongoing construction and unattended minors. I mention these not because they are big issues, but because of how they're handled. Brandy is on top of everything. She monitors the property closely via video surveillance and sends community alert text messages along with a newsletter for events and reminders. It's great! I've never lived somewhere with such an attentive staff. Brandy and the Maintenance Technician Luis seem to run the property single-handedly. The staff here is very dedicated to making this a fun, safe, and clean community for its residents. If I could change anything it would be night and weekend patrol to make sure Brandy and Luis enjoy their well deserved time off.

I've lived here for two years and we are moving out this month. We have had a great stay these two years and are sad to go. The rent was raised a good amount so we decided it was a good time to move closer to family. The complex is under new management which is nice. They have made a ton of upgrades around the complex. I really like the new gate that was put in. It makes it feel more safe since the area isn't amazing. My only con I have is the rent prices going up. I understand that they are keeping up with market prices but there is no pool or fitness center and like I mentioned before it's in a rougher part of town. I do hope that they continue to make changes because it looks way better than when we first moved in! There is a bit of a roach problem but it's been like that since we moved in. Neighbors on both sides have seen some. I think it's just because it's central Phoenix. Other than that it's quite and the front patio is very relaxing to hang out at. Management has BBQ's often which are very fun because you get to meet everyone. Management is very responsive and on top of it. I really enjoy the new owners. I would give them a 4/5 stars.

This weekend my A/C went out. Kristal, the manager, came to my apartment (on a Saturday) to make sure I was okay, offer water if I needed it, and brought in a portable A/C because no one could come for a week to fix it. Kristal was kind, concerned and helpful with the problem. She had the maintenance person put in a portable A/C unit. She told me that A/C companies were backed up until the end of the week, but due to her actions, I know I will feel comfortable. She is a great manager, wonderful communicator about what is going on at Maryland Greens, and strives to make this property a great place to live!
