I had visited the apartment clomped to inquire how to lease an apartment because I’m relocating to Arizona, the leasing agent gave me red carpet treatment! Very knowledgeable and explain the process in a simple way which I could i understand; I appreciate the time they dedicated to me, from the beginning to the end of my visit. Everybody greeted me and made me feel welcomed!

This place is very beautiful and well put together. I went to check out these apartments and they were very nice. Also met their maintenance supervisor Gabriel when I was there to get a little more insight. He was absolutley lovely and an absolute sweetheart. Definitely #1 on my list right now. Thank you again.

Reading over the others' comments makes you understand that a good majority of reviews are complaints and bad experiences that come with life in general. In my experience, my stay at Palm Crest has been nothing short of amazing. The staff review your requests and promptly reply to your concerns through email. All of my work orders have been taken care of within 24 hours and the service staff will even leave a note saying what maintenance was performed. The location is of great convenience, with access to grocery and auto repair within walking distance! Included with your stay is access to an updated laundry room, say goodbye having to carry coins on you. The exercise room has just enough to get in shape- no intimidating free weights that usually end up scattered in regular gyms. The pool is just shallow enough that you can trust your kiddos in, and has a small jacuzzi off to the side. To provide personal experience, I will say the paid parking is worth the price any day of the week. Dust storms will knock over branches and can ruin your morning when you walk over to a shattered windshield. To fight off any pest problems I regularly take out my trash and ensure no food is left on counters. I try to change my HVAC filter monthly because I am a neat freak, but you can get away with not changing it ever; you can even get maintenance to change it out for you LOL. Maintenance always keeps up with landscaping with automated sprinkler systems, neatly trimmed bushes, and pavement is regularly cleared of pebbles. There is no point in up-selling the place, since it is not a palace it is an apartment complex. The bottom floor is usually taken up quickly because nobody likes climbing stairs. There is an abundance of cats, which makes complete sense since some residents feed the strays, and makes you reconsider buying that Siamese kitten for $200 off Craigslist...The location is just close enough to the fun, with West Gate and the Cardinals Stadium a few miles away, but it is far enough from big traffic jams in central phoenix.
