The only issues I've had here is with maintenance BUT they have now gotten a new manager and he is awesome!! This really is a great place to live. No bugs, fun events, love the food truck they have in the summer. It's quiet, I never see homeless people, and it feels very safe. Not to mention they have 2 story apartments that I really like. Not many places out here have good reviews but this is definitely one of the good ones.

Modena is a wonderful place to live! The office staff is always so friendly and will answer any question you have. The maintenance team always does a great job at fixing issues that come up in a timely manner. And the events in the community are so fun so go to and are a great way to meet my neighbors! Highly recommend!
