Manager and front staff were welcoming in the past except one lady. Don’t know what’s wrong with the management lately. I hear complaints from other residents and I feel that vibe around and Marguax reviews are getting bad. If they are not able to solve residents issues, then what’s the point of having attractive amenities and paying lots of money for rent and for other things? This review is not to bring negativity on Marguax, this is to bring communication between residents and management to resolve residents problems and to treat everyone equally. I am expecting management to solve the problems one way or the either. I know it’s hard to satisfy all the people. But at least treat everyone equally. Review page doesn’t allow me to write everything. So I am attaching my concerns in points to the management so that they could work on these. It’s for management not for residents or for new residents. I am so happy to see, Marguax management is looking further for their residents needs. The staff is super nice and understanding.
