We are situated on Edgehill Avenue within the Music Row area, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you want is within walking distance, so you can enjoy the best in convenience. If you are looking for some time in the great outdoors, you can go soak in the incredible scenery at Centennial Park just a short drive away. Edgehill Apartments is our smallest community, with only eight apartment homes. These 500 square feet, one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with fantastic amenities, including all-electric kitchens, carpeted and tile flooring, central air and heating, and some paid utilities. We provide community amenities that make your life easier. Our on-call maintenance is always ready to assist you with whatever you need. Stay connected using our high-speed internet access. You will have access to The Village at Vanderbilt’s shimmering swimming pool. Bring your pets along, because we know that they’re family too. Lived at this property for two years from 2016-2018. It is managed by the same company that does the Village at Vanderbilt which are more expensive apartments closer to the hospital. This place doesn't have a lot of reviews because the property is so small with only 8 apartments. However this is truly a gem. The location is amazing, you are next door to campus security, between two daycares, and across the street from Vanderbilt's Peabody Campus. Also, within easy walking distance of Midtown, Demonbreun, Music Row, and Centennial Park. Most of the tenant seem to be Masters students and because there are only 8 apartments noise levels are minimal and for most of my stay I didn't even know I had neighbors. I had a studio on the second floor roughly 550 square feet. The apartment was quite small but was perfect for studying and relaxing. The premise was clean when I moved in and parking was right there on site. The kitchen features a small oven and stove top and a full-size fridge, both of which worked throughout my stay. The building is older and brick, not much to look at but can easily be made comfortable. Only downsides were AC units breaking occasionally in the hot summer and the bathtub's lining would sometimes wear away. However, maintenance for the building would respond to anything almost within the hour and either bring a portable AC or fix an issue on the spot. Any issue regarding rent or fees was handle quickly via email or phone, but there really weren't any issues. If you're lucky enough to find an opening for this building, go for it. Rent was much more affordable than much of the surrounding area. The maintenance and staff do a great job.
