Let me start by saying that everyone in the office are polite, thoughtful, and down to earth. Other than some complications with my employment verification my application process went fairly smoothly. I thank them for their patience and candor. The apartment itself was well kept, although I did notice 1 or 2 very minor cosmetic fixes (Bulb fixes etc.). All around I have had a great experience so far! They’re aren’t people coming in the office for complaints or maintenance issues. It’s seems that most of the residents stay to themselves so it’s fairly quiet. You see the toys on porches but you never see a bunch of kids running around. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had to date with a Leasing Office/Apartment Complex.

I'm a current resident I've been here for 3yrs I was just one of few to many families that suffered effects from the fire 4-22-24. It was one of the most scariest days but I must RAVE on how the OWNER OF THE COMPLEX HIS ASSISTANT OFFICE STAFF handled the tragedy they Housed us in some the best hotels in Nashville for weeks fed us Also gave us Food boxes And vouchers Also 150$ dollars in gift cards .. but what stands out the most He Did not require Rent for the Month of May. I applaud him and the staff here on sight Shout out to the Maintenance man Mr. Ken and my neighbor for getting the squirrel out of my apartment. Gotta give flowers where they are Do and I'm one to say 5star treatment on my behalf

I enjoy my stay here at Terrace Park Apartments, they always helped me on any needs or anything that it might comes up. I have great relationship Yuri Padilla and of course maintenance staff. This is why I’m giving them 5 stars.
