Welcome to Residences at Stonebrook Apartments. We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments. We even offer a unique Townhome floorplan. All of our floor plan types include large living spaces. Our amenity centers include two swimming pools (with free wifi at both pool locations), picnic areas, barbecue grills, and an onsite laundry facility. Our convenient Nashville location makes sleeping easy, we are only an eleven-minute drive to Downtown Nashville. Our location is within walking distance to neighborhood parks, shopping, entertainment, casual dining, and fine dining. Everything that you want is right outside your front door.

So far, loving the place. Minor maintenance issues here and there, but can truly tell management is working on the improvement. Safe and affordable. First time living alone and I haven’t had any sort of huge issues. The move in process was as easy as possible as well as lease signing. Only down side for me is the patient portal. The service fee is inconvenient when bills come around!

Our rental agent, Janeka carefully step-by-step make sure that everything went very smoothly during the move in process, and we appreciate all the help.
