I've lived here for almost 6 years. Overall, it's one of the best locations in Franklin, just close enough to everything but still far enough off the road to where it's quiet and peaceful! The staff is so responsive and has improved so much over the last couple of years. Maintenance is also quick to respond. I'm a satisfied tenant, 10/10!

I enjoyed my experience at Wyndchase Aspen Grove! I lived next door to the maintenance man Daniel and he always made sure to help us out, even when it wasn't his work order. And Daren as well! My mom, who lives in another unit, had an issue with her A/C unit one night. Well Daren was on call that night and cane over promptly and handled the situation. It's always good to have an awesome maintenance staff on site!
