I've lived here for almost 6 years. Overall, it's one of the best locations in Franklin, just close enough to everything but still far enough off the road to where it's quiet and peaceful! The staff is so responsive and has improved so much over the last couple of years. Maintenance is also quick to respond. I'm a satisfied tenant, 10/10!

I enjoyed my experience at Wyndchase Aspen Grove! I lived next door to the maintenance man Daniel and he always made sure to help us out, even when it wasn't his work order. And Daren as well! My mom, who lives in another unit, had an issue with her A/C unit one night. Well Daren was on call that night and cane over promptly and handled the situation. It's always good to have an awesome maintenance staff on site!

I have moved here from a very unhealthy place down in Nashville and let me tell you, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! so clean, maintenance is on point with getting things done , the front office is beautiful and the management team was so helpful walking me through the application! I 100 percent recommend this place especially with me being so young to get an apartment, they were so helpful and patient with me!

We have lived in apartments for the last 9 years, and the 2 that we have lived at Wyndchase have been great! There was a time during which there was a lack of good management but since Sandy took over the change has been major! Her and the office staff communicate clearly about any issues (yes, the pools and gate are out of commission a lot, but we are told exactly why and given updates). Not only are they great at what they do, but the office staff are fun to talk to. My 2 year old gets excited to go to the office because of the various events we’ve attended. Our apartment itself is really nice, we got a newly renovated one with giant bathtubs in both bathrooms and a great kitchen. We don’t hear our neighbors hardly at all, we do hear some but you have to have realistic expectations with an apartment. The community is great, and very safe. I have loved raising my son here. Maintenance staff is great, and gets work done in a timely manner. The grounds are always looking nice, and as long as people pick up after their pets it’s very clean. The rent increases have been the only downside, but Wyndchase corporate has been willing to negotiate a little with us each time we renew. Hopefully that will not be a problem next year as well.

I’d like to acknowledge Hazhin Salih in the Wyndchase leasing office, who always has a warm smile and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, handling concerns with skill, kindness, and quick thinking. During repaving of the complex, I needed to drive my mother to a doctor’s appointment. On our way home, we were unable to drive back to our unit because the area had been freshly repaved, and cars were not allowed for 24 hours because of the potential fire hazard due to the pavement coating. Because my mother has mobility issues and could not walk back such a long distance to the apartment, Hazhin drove us in a golf cart right to our door. This is just one example of Hazhin’s dedication and personal affinity for connecting with residents and making sure they are not only assisted but feel personally cared for. Thank you Hazhin, for all you do at Wyndchase. You’ve made our time here even more special!

I've lived here for about 4.5 years now. The location is right in peak Cool Springs by food, shopping, the interstate, and gas stations. There's lots of green space which I love unlike a lot of apartment complexes in the city. The neighbors are friendly here. Our gym just got renovated and we have a new property manager too that's approachable, friendly, and seems ready and willing to fix some flaws left over from a prior property manager. We have lots of dogs here and the location is 'tucked back' a little so you're right next to everything but without all the city disruptions. Mike in the office has been my personal fav to work with and is always friendly and helpful and responsive which goes a long way too. I'd definitely recommend!

I have loved living here. Unlike other apartments in the area that lack mature landscaping, the grounds at Wyndchase are beautiful and serene. I have also loved the proximity to a nearby park and walking trails. In addition, maintenance is quick to respond to any issue and the leasing staff is prompt and helpful. If you're looking for a place that is quiet and safe, and close to everything, I highly recommend moving here.

We are loving Wyndchase at Aspen Grove! We moved from a house back to an apartment, and I was concerned we would regret it, but I was happily surprised with how happy we are here! The apartments have a great layout and they are super quiet (a huge perk). I love the convenience to nearby walking trails, and the peaceful environment within the community itself. This is the most mature apartment community I've ever experienced and it's so refreshing! The people are all so nice, the community spaces are well-kept, and I feel very safe here. We are so happy here, we are already discussing renewing our lease. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested.
