The complex and area that the apartments are located are top notch. You can walk (on a cool day) from the apartments to downtown Franklin, take a quick drive out to Leipers Fork, or get to the highway (65) pretty easily. It’s 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and Broadway. The amenities are great, the pool is clean and is not very busy, and they just added grills over by the 1200&1300 units. The club house also has good amenities. The apartments themselves are very new and clean, and the bathrooms and closets are huge. The maintenance team is always on the move and work very hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. I always see extra things being done to keep the property maintained. They are quick to come fix issues in the apartment. The only downside/negative I have with the property/complex is the trash valet/ trash disposal. The valet are usually pretty good but sometimes they don’t come and skip a day Sunday-Thursday. We sometimes have 2-3 trash bags placed outside our door by the time Sunday rolls around. Which leads to ants and other rodents in the hot summer months. The only trash/dumpster is on one side of the complex and it’s a far walk to be honest, you have to cross a road to get there if you are in the 1200/1300s. One thing I would like to see is maybe an additional dumpster being added to the far side of the complex near the Kroger. Or additional trash valet/improvements made for the far side apartments near Kroger. This is not a terrible make or break issue but it’s an improvement management could make that would better the residents living experience. Overall this place has been the best apartment we have lived at and we were excited to renew for another lease. I would recommended checking this apartment complex out if you are looking to move to the Franklin, TN area.

I looked at a few different complexes in the Franklin/Cool Springs area, but Greenhaven was my last stop. Most of the leasing agents I spoke with were mediocre at best but not at Greenhaven. The property manager, Katie, showed me around, and before I left I had decided this is where I want to be. I have lived in a few different apartments before and I know how important it is to have a front office staff and maintenance team that you can trust and is willing to work with you in a timely manner. These are brand new, really nice apartments, but the reality is something will eventually tear up and you are going to want a quick response out of the front office and maintenance crew. I signed on the dotted line for the apartment before I left that day, but a day or two later I realized I didn't check the size of the garage to make sure my vehicle would fit. I called Katie and she had Thomas, the maintenance supervisor, check the height of the garage door for me. I had an answer within a couple of hours which made me feel even better about my choice. The apartment complex is great and the team on staff is that much better. I highly recommend Greenhaven!
