I have lived here for over a year now and I am happy to renew my lease. The location of this community is convenient to Brentwood and the greater Nash area. In Jan. the property handled the clearing of the snow/ice so well that everyone was able to come and go because the parking lot was so clear.

I’ve been living here for 2 years. I am very happy with the management staff, they always do what they can to address any issues, making it feel like home. Nice dog park, car wash bay, grilling areas and pool is kept clean. Apartment has a good layout and modern style.
