I have lived here for 7 months, and I have nothing bad to say about it! It is the perfect location. Everyone is extremely friendly, and there is a nice courtyard for everyone to hang out at! We rarely have maintenance issues, but when we do, Patrick (the maintenance worker), is always very quick to fix the issue! The price is great! Highly recommend!

5 stars. This place is decently priced and has a very industrial style inside with exposed ventilation. Makes for a pretty cool rustic looking apartment. Hardwood floors to boot. The maintenance staff is timely, and Annie is a great property manager!
