First of all, they do Not ask or pay anyone to do reviews for these apartments. What you read in these reviews, is the truth. I moved to Cherry Creek Apartments about a month ago. I am SO impressed with the quality of life here. There’s definitely nothing fancy about the apartment itself, but the bonuses of all the following items make it an amazing place to live. First, the staff is incredible. They’re genuine, kind, and respond immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Secondly, maintenance is super fast and also extremely professional. Thirdly, the apartment itself is Very quiet. I really can’t hear my neighbors at all, with the exception of creeks in the floor above. There’s no tv noise, music, talking, etc. Fourth, the gates are actually closed at night and weekends. As a single person, I haven’t felt unsafe at all, even at night. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone in the market.

UPDATED REVIEW: Cherry Creek Apartments Maintenance Staff
In my lifetime, I've lived in many apartment complexes in multiple states. In those complexes, the response time for maintenance requests was anywhere from several days to several weeks. Not so at Cherry Creek. During the past six years I've lived here, almost every service request I've submitted has been addressed on THE SAME DAY or on the next day at the latest. Additionally, I would like to recognize three members of the maintenance staff in this review:
Before this week, the maintenance person I dealt with most often was STEVE, who is excellent and can repair anything that needs fixed. That being said, sometimes there are appliances or parts on hot water heaters or furnaces that simply cannot be repaired, so the entire unit must be replaced. In those instances, Steve always places orders for what is needed quickly, and he always ensures that the installation is done immediately, correctly and with care. Steve is friendly, has a great sense of humor and just has a knack for doing great work.
This past week, the toilet in one of my bathrooms was leaking. It wasn't an emergency, but when I submitted the service request to have it fixed, a person from the maintenance staff I hadn't met before, BRIAN, came that same day. As soon as he walked into my bathroom, he knew what the problem was without my having to say a word. He got his tools, went to work and had the leak fixed and the floor cleaned up within minutes. Additionally, he noticed some things that I had done "makeshift" repairs on, so he asked me to submit service requests for those, which I did immediately, but instead of leaving and having to come back the next day, he fixed them right then and there. He could have just fixed my toilet and left, but he didn't because he's so conscientious, he wanted to make sure everything in my apartment was in tip-top shape before he left. Besides being great at his job, Brian is funny, extremely responsive and is just a joy to be around. Best of all, he knows his stuff!
That same day, there were a couple of parts Brian needed to get, so he came back in the afternoon with those and brought with him another maintenance guy I hadn't met, CHRIS.
I mentioned to them that after Brian left earlier, the tank on the toilet in my other bathroom wasn't filling correctly when flushed. So, while Brian worked on my dishwasher, Chris went in to take a look at the toilet tank. As it turned out, it was quite a stubborn problem, and over a couple of days, Chris ended up replacing almost every part in that tank. Chris is so polite and nice, and I've never seen anyone so determined to figure out a difficult problem and fix it. Also, he was extremely careful not to make a mess and after he fixed the toilet, he cleaned up that work area better than I ever could. Last, I needed my screens removed and new screening put in, and Chris did that and brought them back and re-installed them that same day.
Look, I realize that this is a long review, but if you get online and read a lot of reviews on apartment complexes, you'll see that complaints about maintenance issues are numerous. So, with that in mind, I went into detail here about the excellent maintenance team Cherry Creek has in place. These guys are the best of the best, and I'm so grateful that they're here for me whenever I need them. Thanks, Steve, Brian and Chris!
In September 2024, I had my six-year anniversary of living at Cherry Creek Apartments. I just love it here. I feel safe and everyone in the management office is really nice, especially Kelly Moreland.
These apartments are pet friendly, very well maintained and provide a peaceful, scenic place to live.
Cherry Creek is close to I-40, yet I never have to deal with noise near this complex. It’s also conveniently located near downtown Nashville, Mt. Juliet and Lebanon.
If you're apartment hunting, I recommend you put Cherry Creek at the top of your list! You won’t regret it!
The environment is very serene and their maintenance is top notch. They were very attentive and understanding of my condition when I was moving out. I thoroughly enjoyed living here. It was just time to own our own home so we had to move out.
We appreciate living at Cherry Creek Apartments. It remains a privilege to call this community home. The location, amenities and outstanding customer service
continue to make this place the best option for us.
Very pleasant community. I moved here 3months ago. The maintenance service here is amazing. I had a problem with a door lock recently. I met Brian one of the maintenance techs and he was very nice and helpful. Tina’s knowledge and experience with the area helped make my decision to move here easy. Whenever I call the front desk Taylor is always helping me resolve any issues.

What a beautiful little community in Hermitage! I wish I could have stayed here because this place feels like a dream to me. Sadly, I chose to relocate closer to Music Row to be closer to work, but if my company ever changes their WFH policy, you’ll see me here! I’ll review based on what I saw during my visit—with a huge pang of sadness in my heart.
The clubhouse is stunning, featuring the most impressive gym facility I’ve seen in a luxury apartment complex—and I’ve toured some truly remarkable ones across Nashville. The resort-style double pool layout in the back is gorgeous, and the apartments themselves come with washer/dryers, walk-in closets, dishwashers, and, most impressively, a real wood fireplace. That’s something you typically only find in fancy cabins in the countryside. I mean WHAT.
I also love the abundance of natural light and the walking trails around the community. It seems ideal—cozy, quiet, and safe. If you’re dreaming of living your perfect hygge-inspired autumn Pinterest-girl lifestyle, this is absolutely the place to do it.
On top of that, attentive and kind management is a big priority for me, and Tina was an absolute gem. She was responsive, energetic, and so sweet to interact with. I really appreciated how respectful she was of our time, especially since we had a packed schedule of apartment tours that day.
It hurts to write this review because I can already see myself regretting not living here. It also feels strange to give such a glowing review to a place I ultimately didn’t choose, but Cherry Creek made a lasting impression on me. If commuting in Nashville wasn’t such a challenge, this would have been an easy decision so I’m crossing my fingers that my work’s WFH policy changes because this community would be my first pick in a heartbeat.

You don’t know what you got until it’s gone! I lived in Cherry Creek for a year and a half and had to move to Murfreesboro for work. Let me just say how much I miss Cherry Creek. The staff was always super friendly, they tried to make the community more involved and social, maintenance was always friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the outdoor areas was always kept up. I truly do miss how great my living experience used to be. My new apartment complex will never compare.

Moving from California to Cherry Creek Apartments was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My 16-month stay here was nothing short of exceptional. The community is peaceful, safe, and incredibly welcoming, making it feel like home from day one.
The apartment itself was flawless – I never needed any repairs or maintenance during my entire stay, which speaks volumes about the quality and care that goes into maintaining these homes. The management team is top-notch, always attentive and responsive, ensuring that every resident feels valued and taken care of.
A special shout-out to Tina – she truly is the best! Her dedication, friendliness, and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable.
