So far, so very good! It seems that all the reviews about the new management team is spot on. My move in process was simple, any fixes were made immediately and I love it here. It is truly home! Special shout-out to my leasing agent Molly. She is simply the best, not pushy at all and worked with me to get me into the best apartment for me, without any sales tactics. I can't recommend her or this community enough!

1200 Broadway is the most luxurious, fun, place I’ve ever lived. Sure the views from our corner apt are breathtaking, but it is the most community oriented building where I truly feel connected to so many of our neighbors - it’s truly like a neighborhood. And a large part of that is the staff that fosters that vibe - in particular Matt, Courtney , Stephen, and Chris!
Courtney helped us lease and gave us the tour and has been so wonderful each step of the way. She’s such a ray of sunshine!
And ever since Matt came to work here, everything involving the concierge staff etc has just been better. There’s no other way to put it, truly. He has created an environment that feels like family and no matter what may be on his plate at any given time, if anyone has a need he drops what he’s doing to assist- like the time I had an issue with my with my parking stickers. He took time out to help me get it figured out- he even went above and beyond to have the company who makes the sensor readers come recalibrate. That’s true leadership. I could go on and on about the times Matt has enhanced our experience here- he’s so good at what he does..
Matt and Courtney and everyone are the real deal.
And not to mention the fun building events. And close proximity to all the best places Nashville has to offer. And the amenities- so good!

We love living here. It's a beautiful building in a perfect location. Staff is amazing, and we are even more excited that the office put in vending fridges!! Being downtown has its perks, but sometimes it's harder to get a hold of simple snacks late at night so thank you for putting these in!!
We recently moved into 1200 Broadway and have been impressed! Issues we had with our apartment were addressed immediately within a couple hours of arriving. The staff and concierge are very friendly and attentive. Other residents have been friendly and helpful. The amenities are very convenient including a gym, pool, and dog run/spa. Our experience has not been that of some of the older negative reviews. We are in love with our apartment!
As someone that works in property management, I toured many places before making a final decision on where to call home now that I decided to no longer live where I work. While there are some brand new properties coming up constantly, 1200 Broadway simply beat them all with the amount of storage throughout the apartment, counter space, quality of finishes, amenities/common areas the make sense, price for the amount of space, ease to get in and out of the parking garage, proximity to Whole Foods and the interstate, and much more.
Yes, there is noise from motorcycle, cars, construction, etc. However, unless you ignore the obvious surroundings as you are visiting the property, it is pretty evident that those are things you will simple have to deal with when living in a rapidly growing city, and in the middle of all of it. If you are too sensitive to exterior noise, I'd recommend the suburbs. Noise in between apartments is minimal to none.

So obsessed with this building. The views, the staff, the ambiance.. all 5 stars. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Being so close to Whole Foods is extremely convenient, and I the parking is a breeze! 1200 Broadway is an amazing place to live!
I could go on and on!
Loved living here, recently moved due to work and it just ain’t the same! We were apt 1413 Corner facing Broadway. The layout, the luxury fixtures and feel, the staff, the fact there’s 24/7 concierge and even armed security in the enclosed parking even at 5am when I left for work. It might seem expensive but you get what you pay for.

Reichenbach! She is incredibly professional…passes along any problem we have noticed in the building to the office staff, takes to explain and update us if we have a concern, and equally importantly, she goes out of her way to greet us by name with a warm smile whether we are coming or going. She definitely elevates our living experience at 1200 Broadway!!
