I love living at The Lakes Bellevue so much that I’ve decided to move into a larger apartment here once my lease is up! Aside from the beautiful, quiet, and peaceful environment, here are a few things that stick out the most to me that make living here awesome:
- The quickly resolved maintenance requests. Putting in requests online in the resident portal is easy, and they sometimes come the day of to fix the issue; depending on the urgency of the problem.
- How they took care of the roads during the snow storm. Working from home, I would occasionally look out of the window during the snow storm to see how bad the roads were. Multiple times a day, there were snow trucks clearing the streets while it was still snowing, so that people could make it home safely. MAJOR BROWNIE POINTS!!
- Communication. The office staff communicates with the residents through email whenever there is a concern. EX: Before they turned the water off to prevent damage during the snow storm, they communicated that to us in a timely matter, to make sure we could shower, cook, clean etc before they did it. And the water was only off for a small amount of time.
- Non-smoking and clean environment. The non-smoking part may not be a requirement, but I love being able to walk or simply stand on my patio and see a beautiful, clean, and peaceful environment without the smell of cigarette smoke.
Overall, I definitely see myself staying here long-term!
PS: Thanks to those who keep the pest control scheduled!

Have lived at the Lakes of Bellevue for almost 2 years. I will say that it is a great place in comparison to the surrounding competitive complexes. It is great in value, amenities, and community events. The staff is great at addressing issues or maintenance request. They are speedy and professional at their jobs. The state of the art gym is truly state of the art. It has been remodeled to a new building with staff not sitting in it like other complexes. I find that odd to have staff working in the same place a gym is located. The complex has three pools, and all are kept clean. The grounds are kept clean by a weekly company, so never any overgrowth. The lakes here are nice, my son caught his first fish here. New outside lights installed all through the complex to make it well lit at night. Not overly bright inside your unit, but bright enough outside for safety for you and your parked car. I would recommend to others relocating to this area.
We really enjoyed living here! Staff was super accommodating in our move from out of state. The maintenance staff always does a wonderful job responding quickly and even helping with the silliest issues. The staff throws great events for the community as well, making it a fun place to live. Thank you Lakes of Bellevue!

Honestly my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. We moved here from Indianapolis, IN and explored the area before making our final choice. For the price and location The Lakes are truly just the best in my opinion. They have three fishing lakes, three pools, trail around the complex, a dog park, a business center and car washing station all within the complex. Maintenance is professional, friendly, and timely. They worked with us when my boyfriend was working nights to try to come in the morning hours when he was awake too. The Leasing Office is kind and keeps us updated on things happening in the community and they have different events happening at the club house to get you to meet your neighbors!

I moved in about a month ago and so far I have no complaints. The apartment complex feels safe and has so many amenities. The WiFi lounge is perfect for studying, it is quiet and has a lot of space. I am looking forward to summer so I can use the pools and car wash!
I have been living here with my family for about 7 years now. We are very satisfied with our life here. Above all, the biggest advantage is that the apartment is managed very well. The fact that maintenance services are provided very quickly upon application is also a source of pride for this apartment. In addition, the nature surrounding the apartment complex and the three lakes inside the apartment complex provide emotional stability and healing. All of this more than offsets the shortcomings of the old apartment.
The Lakes Bellevue has been such a pleasant place to live.
My husband and I have lived in this complex for almost 8 months now. Upon move-in, the office staff was incredibly friendly and accomadating. They allowed us to begin moving in the night before our lease began to ease the stress of us moving - just the two of us. That's was so helpful and kind of them to do.
We have only had to have maintence come in once to snake our drains in one of the bathrooms and haven't had any other maintenance issues in our unit.
The only other issue we've had is with bugs. When we moved in, we noticed quite a few roaches, which is not shocking for such a wooded area. We promplty contacted the on site pest control service and they came out and helped us. We use their indoor spray service regularly (included with rent) and some other methods and that has helped tremendously.
I love that there's plenty of parking for everyone and I feel totally safe as a young woman walking from my car to the apartment and I apprecaite the valet trash service that is offered so I don't have to walk out to the dumpster after dark.
The Lakes Bellevue apartment complex is totally under-rated in my opinion. It initally didn't come up in our search for an apartment, but thankfully we heard about it from a friend.
All of our neighbors are friendly and the overall feel of the complex is very peaceful. I can't say enough good things about this complex.

On my second year here. The folks in the office have been a godsend for handling transaction discrepancies (of my own making), they're responsive about what needs fixing, incredible location, the ponds are awesome, they didn't hike my rent last year like I thought they were going to for sure. I've been incredibly grateful to find a place that isn't a roach motel and I'll probably be here until I buy a house. 10/10
