I initially posted a one star review as a result of miscommunication. However, since posting and reaching out to the complex, they have been amazing. I have yet to live at a complex where the staff actually cares about the tenants and at one metro I truly get the feeling that they care. Keeping the initial post below as context. I can firmly say that they helped us and dealt with the situation amazingly. I am excited to live with them and I am extremely grateful for all of their help and care through this hard time.

(Old) I am very upset with this complex. I had an AMAZING tour experience with Melissa, who was so nice and compassionate. My partner and I's apartment recently burned down and we now have to look for a new place to live. Melissa was so nice in helping us and giving us an offer at a price we can afford as well as 2 months free, and the fees waives for a B3 on the first floor. My partner and I were SO excited to sign the lease and move in to finally have a home back. All we wanted to do was see the apartment one more time. During that visit we were told all the information we were told is wrong. We would not get 2 free months, we would not get our fees waived, AND we had to sign by tonight OR our offer would go up (when we were originally told we have until tomorrow night). This is has made me extremely upset. It was honestly the icing on the cake. From a fire at our building, to being displaced since mid-November, to having to move when we were never planning on to now. Having our hopes up that our living situation would be solved in such a lovely place to then be shot down and told we were told lies. Melissa was amazing and I am sad I will not be able to work with her anymore. Whoever gave us the tour today, I'm heartbroken as now we have to start at block 1 all over again.

I have spent all day trying to find a place being out of state is hard enough, Emme the leasing agent,restored my hope,was such an articulate and positive attitude young lady,Thank you for answering everything I asked and I just want to say Wow Excellent Customer Service the most outstanding by far

Just moved out after two years and loved every minute of it! Very safe complex with ample parking. Never had an issue and neighbors were always friendly.
What I was impressed about after I moved out is that I received my final bill within 2 days and had my security deposit mailed to me within 5 days. That’s unheard of and appreciate their quick work. They are not a scammy complex and I highly recommend to anyone in the Nashville area.

When I visited the property I was really impressed! The heated year round pool is a really nice feature! I loved the B3 floor plan with all the windows that let in so much natural light. The common areas that are free to reserve is a great perk too! Definitely my top choice!

Melissa was excellent during my tour & was able to answer every question I had. The apartments are spacious & up to date in terms of their floor plans, appliances, etc. It’s nice having a bit of green & nature in between each apartment building as opposed to having all of the apartments in one building. The weight room was also spacious & included a free weight barbell/squat rack that is hard to find is most places.
Melissa was also on the spot with updating me about new offers & getting quotes over to me in an efficient manner. She was fun, friendly & made the tour entertaining & made me feel at home.
I ultimately decided to go with a building that was a bit more walkable than One Metrocenter was to Germantown. But overall it’s an excellent spot for $/sqft & easy to get on/off the highway.

Recently moved to the Nashville area for work and I gotta say, I'm so glad we picked One Metrocenter! Everything happened really fast, so we had to decide where to live sight unseen, which is really nerve-wracking, but the staff here made it all super easy and we're very helpful throughout the process.
We ended up renting their B6 model for the additional space and dedicated office room, and it's so nice to not have to dedicate a bedroom to office space. The overall flow of the apartment is well thought out, and it really feels like home when I walk in. Also, how many other properties host events with free food and alcohol got their residents in a regular basis!
The community is gated with controlled access, which definitely makes me feel more at ease as well, and maintenance has been very responsive to any issues that have come up. If you need a place in Nashville, definitely consider One Metrocenter

From the moment I walked in, I loved the grandiose entry and the ability to create and save your own virtual tour experience.
I did not have an appointment but Tiffany, the Resident Account Manager, took the time out to make time for me traveling out of town. The conversation felt natural and didn’t feel forced. She took the time out to find out my needs and provide the best and applicable options. She even gave me the square footage and photo layouts for my review (since the A2 model I leased was so popular, there were none available at the time to show in person). We toured the A3 model and it was definitely an attention getting layout. My mother missed my FaceTime call so I could take her along on my experience but Tiffany offered to go back down to the apartment to view it again so my Mother could see it too. She definitely has a vibrant personality and goes above and beyond. Extremely professional and made me feel as if I already lived there versus just another applicant.
I love that the apartment comes with new appliances and washer/dryer and the amenities are one to beat! The location is phenomenal! Close proximity to I-65, which I take to go to my hometown and is less traffic than I-40. Close proximity to food and 5 minutes to Salem/Germantown and about 10/15 from downtown. Stadium is right around the corner and the district is quite and established. So excited to be calling One MetroCenter my new home!!!
Loved the property and the staff! My fiancé and I toured the property a little while ago with Melissa, and we had a blast! She was so great and personable, and showed us all the really awesome amenities that they had to offer. We thought the dog park was a great touch!
