I have been living at this complex for exactly 2 months tomorrow. I relocated to Nashville recently and needed to find somewhere fast! While it still may be early.. this has been the best complex I’ve lived in to date. There have been a few hiccups because it’s brand new but thats to be expected! There was also a fire (caused by residents) at the pool/grill that disrupted pool/club house amenities but everything has been reopened! I have had no issues here so far. It’s safe, i can walk freely! The leasing agents are super nice and friendly. I absolutely love the area. It’s the prettiest complex ever. Very clean and well taken care of (so far). I chose a unit on the top floor because in the past i have had issues with hearing my neighbors, but here? No issues! I haven’t even really heard my neighbor under me! So far so good and i cant recommend here enough! *i will do another update at 6 months*
