I am planning on moving to Nashville this upcoming December and toured the Lofts at Rose Monte as a potential place to live. I was really impressed by indoor and outdoor spaces of their different units as well as the size of the units and their price. Additionally the staff is wonderful. Super kind and very helpful with all of my questions!

Our experience with the Lofts at Ross Monte has been nothing short of satisfactory. Shawn Marie has been helpful throughout the process of getting into our new home and answered all our questions along the way. The day of our move-in Enrique did our walkthrough with us and made the process stress-free. Enrique was warm and welcoming and we both felt reassured in his ability to answer all the questions we had.
